The WANZ Awards held at Auckland's Cordis Hotel on Friday 15 June were a momentous occasion for Altus Windows and a number of its fabricators.
The calibre of the entries this year was exceptional. Fortunately for Altus Windows, the projects featuring joinery bearing the ‘Altus Windows’ name were just a little more exceptional than most.
The ‘Ministry of Primary Industries’ building by Bradnam’s Commercial Henderson won a WANZ Commercial Award and also the Supreme Award!
The ‘Di Bella Cascata’ home by Vistalite Otago won a WANZ Residential Award with its triple-glazed biophilic design.
And the ‘Design Builders Waikato’ show home by Rylock Waikato also picked up a WANZ Residential Award.
A big thank you has to go out to the architects and designers who are true visionaries - making these buildings possible. Their understanding of site, occupant experience and design intent allow Altus Windows to bring ideas to life.
